Emma is terrified about kissing Rupert

 The 18-year-old actress is dreading locking lips with Rupert for the first time in the new movie 'Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows', which they are filming this year.
Emma said: "Well I've never had to do it before so I can't say I have any techniques. I've never had to kiss anyone on screen so it is all new to me. Of course I am nervous about it."
She added to Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper: "Apparently it gets quite boring after a couple of takes, that's what Daniel said to me anyway."

New Emma interview: Tale of Despereaux, Harry Potter and life stuff

 Having played Hermione in the Harry Potter movies, Emma Watson was used to acting around special effects to be filled in later, but her work in the computer-animated The Tale of Despereaux raised such guesswork to a new level.
Playing the sad Princess Pea, who at one point is kidnapped and thrust into a Gladiator-like arena by some fiendish rats, the 18-year-old English actress had to concentrate all of her performance in her voice, knowing little about what the final product would look like.
"Honestly, I didn’t really know what to expect," she said. "I read the script. They showed me some sketches of how Pea was going to look. I saw a couple of clips. Aside from that, I didn’t know where they were taking it."
Over an interview in a beach-side hotel last month, Watson discussed her surprise at the finished product, her decision to stay in school and, of course, her ongoing life in the world of Harry Potter. ... Read More ...

Half-Blood Prince Trailer

The new trailer for Harry Potter & the Half-Blood Prince has hit the web! Finally!
The film was initially going to released this November, but was pushed back until July 2009, as you probablly know. While the studio said it was to take advantage of summer audiences, there was also speculation that it was due to star Daniel Radcliffe’s naked turn on Broadway. Anyway, here is our dear trailer. You can choose Harry Potter character costumes, including Quidditch ones, and also other characters costumes (Voldemort, Dementors, Death Eaters, Hermione, Ron...) or Hogwarts robes and ties. Harry Potter star Daniel Radcliffe is mourning the death of his grandmother following her death last week. Elsie Radcliffe, who lived in Northern Ireland, passed away on Thursday after a long battle with ill health.

 Emma Watson is ready to trade acting for academia – and the brainy beauty is even considering some American colleges. "There are excellent universities over there [in the U.S.] and I'm applying at the moment," she told Britain's Daily Telegraph newspaper. "If I go to America, I would do a liberal arts program." Our lovely Emma is Hermione Granger on the Potter films, as you know, and Hermione is a witch, as you also know. So, whitchs and wizards both celebrate Halloween day! Wizarding World construction pics

 An update on the construction of the Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction at Universal Orlando is available now via IOACentral, who has a batch of new images online revealing what looks to be one of the Hogsmeade Shops. The report notes these photos were taken “at a warehouse for one of the companies contracted to do work” on the theme park attraction. The report describes the detail on the shop as you get closer as “fantastic,” and also reveals the shop is called “Spintwitches.” Check some of the pictures here. The Wizarding World of Harry Potter attraction is slated for an early 2010 opening at Universal.
